GRAND HYATT CAIRO'S WINNING CHEFS AT THE SALON CULINAIRE

Grand Hyatt Cairo recently participated in the Salon Culinaire that was held in Egypt, where the best pastry chefs of the hotel have won many prizes. Among the winners were Chef Ali Ahmed, Chef Fathy Atteya, Chef Mahmoud Guenidy and Chef Ahmed El Sayed. The chefs won three bronze medals and one merit certificate for their creative and expressive chocolate showpieces. One of these showpieces was a chocolate elephant which was trying to break the chains around his leg as a sign of freedom. Another showpiece was a chocolate portrait showing a gentleman and a lady under the name of memories.
